Webroot Bolsters Execs

Boulder, Colorado-based Webroot, a developer of Internet security tools, said Tuesday that the firm has named Chris Benham as the firm's Chief Marketing Officer, and Kenton Sieckman as its Vice President of Worldwide Services and Support. Webroot said both positions were newly created by the company for Benham and Sieckman. Kenton has previously served at such firms as Symantec, Entercept, Wyse Technologies, Sun Microsystems, and Tandem Computers. Sieckman has previously served at Computer Associates, Wily Technology, Oracle, and BEA Systems.
