Ubiquity Hosting Gets Strategic Investment

Phoenix-based hosting company Ubiquity Hosting said Tuesday that it has raised a strategic investment round from a private equity investor, Seaport Capital, to go towards its dedicated, cloud, and managed server business. Size of the investment was not disclosed. Ubiquity Hosting is led by Clint Chapman, and says it has data centers distributed across seven cities in the U.S.
