Tendril Buys Recurve, Sets West Coast Office

Boulder-based Tendril said today that it has acquired San Francisco-based Recurve, a developer of residential energy auditing software and analytics. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Tendril said the bu included specific intellectual property of Recurve, and that it will retain Recurve's current employees as part of the acquisition. As part of the acquisition, the firm is setting up a San Francisco office. Recurve CEO Andy Leventhal joins the company's team as part of the buy.
