TeleTech Completes eLoyalty Unit Buy

Englewood, Colorado-based TeleTech Holdings said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of the Integrated Contact Solutions (ICS) business unit of eLoyalty. The deal had originally been announced in March. Financial details of the buy have not been disclosed, however, TeleTech said that Integrated Contact Solutions had revenues in 2010 in excess of $54M.
