TechStars' Cohen Launches Seed Fund

David Cohen, one of the angel investors behind the Boulder TechStars effort, said today that he has launched a new, startup seed fund. The $2.5M fund will invest in early stage web and software startups. Cohen--who regularly invests in starts--said the fund will invest in approximately 20 startups over the next five years, investing between $50K and $200K per company. Advisors in the fund include Howard Lindzon, Brad Feld, Howard Diamond, Lisa Rutherford, and Jason Mendelson.
