Swiftpage Completes ACT!, Sage SalesLogix Buy

Englewood, Colorado-based Swiftpage, the developer of marketing and customer relationship management software, said today that it has completed its acquisition of ACT! and Sage SalesLogix, the CRM tools owned by Sage Group Plc.. Financial terms of the buy were ont disclosed. Swiftpage says it now has 300 employees spread between the United States and the United Kingdom. Swiftpage is funding the deal through an investment from private equity firm Accel-KKR.
