Sprint Looks To Boost Hiring In New Mexico

Telecom carrier Sprint said Thursday that the firm is looking to hire nearly 200 employees in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, as part of an expansion in the state. According to Sprint, it is aggressively outreaching to fill the 200 positions in its Rio Rancho Contact Center, even as other companies have been downsizing. Sprint says it offers competitive salaries and benefits, including including medical, dental, 401(k), performance bonuses of up to $3,000 a month, free use of an on-site fitness center, and participation in Sprint's employee wireless phone program. The firm has been located in Rio Rancho for 12 years, and is the second largest employer in the city.
