SpotXchange Names Disney Vet To Board

Denver-based SpotXchange, the online video advertising network run by Michael Shehan, announced this morning that it has added Bernard Gershon, a Walt Disney Company vet, to its board of directors. Gerson is President of GershonMedia, and is an advisor to such firms as Boxee, Fwix, Panvidea, Row44, and The Juno Companies. Gershon was previously at The Walt Disney Company, serving as senior vice president and general manager of corporate strategy, business development and technology.
