Solex Installs Walsh as Chief Executive

Solex, publisher of an online lending application, announced Wednesday that it has hired John Walsh as chief executive officer. The Idaho Falls, Idaho-based company described Walsh as a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry who most recently served as president of San Diego’' Del Mar Database. Prior to that, Solex noted, Walsh was president of RF/Spectrum Decision Science Corp. and chairman and CEO of PureCarbon Inc. (now Workstream Inc.). Solex said Walsh has also occupied senior management positions for Weyerhaeuser Mortgage, SeaFirst Bank and All Pacific Mortgage.
