Solera Networks Aims At National Security Certification
Salt Lake City-based Solera Networks, the developer of network forensics products, said this morning that it is aiming at Common Criteria (EAL 3+) certification, a security standard required by the U.S. government for use in national security systems. Solera has not yet passed the certification standard. The firm said it is looking to meet those requirements in order to meet requirements for its government customers. Solera is backed by Trident Capital, Allegis Capital and Canopy Ventures.
