SoftHotel Acquired By Travel Giant Sabre

Chandler, Arizona-based SoftHotel, a developer of web-based, hotel property management systems, has been acquired by travel booking giant Sabre Holdings. Sabre Holdings announced the deal Wednesday, but did not disclose financial details of the acquisition. Sabre is using the buy to bolster its suite of hotel management software.
