SkyeTek Gets Design Win

Westminster, Colorado-based SkyeTek has signed a new customer, saying today that ACC Systems of Glen Head, NY, a defense systems integrator, will deliver ruggedized, wireless RFID handheld readers using Skytek's technology. ACC Systems will use the RFID systems in a system for identifying, locating and tracking casualties and medical resources for the military. The win is part of the Tactical Medical Coordination System (TacMedCS), a project under the Naval Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory. SkyeTek develops RFID reader technology.
