Skullcandy CEO Resigns

Park City, Utah-based Skullcandy, the developer of headphones and audio accessories, said late Friday that its Founder and CEO, Rick Alden, has resigned from the firm. According to the company, it has replaced Alden with President and COO Jeremy Andrus. Reason for the resignation was not given. Skullcandy said that Alden will remain on its board, and continues to be a major shareholder. Andrus has been COO since June of 2008.
