Rogue Wave, Gemstone Develop Joint Application

Software developers GemStone Systems and Rogue Wave Software announced Monday that they have jointly produced a business application that they said will allow customers to increase performance and scalability while lowering operating costs. The new tool combines GemStone's GemFire Enterprise Data Fabric product with Rogue Wave's Hydra Suite. GemStone's adds distributed data caching and data management capabilities to Rogue Wave's Hydra product. Rogue Wave Software, a division of Quovadx Inc., is headquartered in Boulder, Colo.
