Riverlake Shakes Up Management At O’Currance

Under new ownership since last week, O'Currance Teleservices is also under new executive management, the company announced Wednesday. Riverlake Partners LLC acquired O'Currance just days ago in a bid to expand its telephone services portfolio. Though terms of the deal were not disclosed, O'Currance's day-to-day duties have remained the same and all 600 employees were retained. There were some changes in management for the Salt Lake City, Utah-based telemarketing and call-center operations provider, however. David Meine, a five-year O'Currance veteran and former executive vice-president, is now CEO. Laura Summers, who has managed the company's call center in Draper, Utah, for the past three years, has been promoted to operations director. Jay Fraga, who joined the firm just last year, has been named training director. Blake Rigby will remain president.
