RightNow Wins PBS

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, a developer of customer relationship management software-as-a-service, reported today that it has signed the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) as a customer. According to RightNow, PBS has selected RightNow to develop its Technical Support Portal for member television stations. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. RightNow will provide its web portal to support PBS and its communications with PBS member stations.
