RightNow Wins Department of Defense

Bozeman, Montana-based CRM provider RightNow said today that the Department of Defense's Medical Education and Training Campus is using the firm's software. RightNow said the DoD is using its RightNow CX product to support military medical training, as part of efforts to train and support medics in the Air Force, Army, and Navy. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. RightNow said the new win is being deployed as part of its RightNow Government Cloud, the secure version of its software-as-a-service product.
