RightNow Targets Kana Customers

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, a developer of customer relationship management software-as-a-service, is eyeing Kana customers, saying this week that it will offer Kana clients free migration to its services. The move comes on the heels of the acquisition of Kana by private equity firm Accel-KKR. According to RightNow, they are an alternative to the "uncertain future" of Kana as a result of Accel-KKR's acquisition.
