RightNow Scores Win With SearchCRM

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow has been given a product of the year award by SearchCRM.com, an online publication covering the customer relationship management market. RightNow said that it won the 2005 Product of the Year award in the "Marketing Automation for SMBs" category. RightNow is a provider of customer relationship management tools.
