RightNow: More than 40 Gaming Customers

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the developer of customer relationship management software, reports today that it now has more than forty gaming companies using its products. The firm said that brands using its services include Activision, Big Fish Games, EA, NC Interactive, and Sony Online Entertainment. The firm did not detail how much those gaming firms contribute to its revenues. RightNow's software-as-a-service is used to respond to customer inquiries and requests, as well as support calls.
