Real Goods Solar Gets $9.3M In Private Placement

Louisville, Colorado-based solar power installer Real Goods Solar has closed a private placement, raising $9.259M in funding. The funding closed in May. Source of the funding was not disclosed. Real Goods Solar said the private placement included both its common stock and warrants. The firm is publicly traded on the NASDAQ as RSOL. More information »
