Ramtron Names New CFO

Colorado Springs-based Ramtron, the semiconductor memory manufacturer, said today that it has named Mark R. Kent as its new Chief Financial Officer. Kent joins the firm from RPX Corporation, where he was Vice President and CFO. He also has served at Transmeta Corporation, LSI Corporation, and Oak Investment Partners, in addition to serving as CFO and CFO-in-residence for a number of Oak's portfolio companies.
