Quark Adds VPs

Denver, Colorado-based Quark said today it has named a new Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Chief Information Officer. Terry Welty has joined the firm as SVP Corporate Marketing, and Jim Haggarty has been appointed CIO. Welty was most recently at Arbortext. Haggarty also most recently served at Arbortext.
