Pixxures Adds Navulur As VP

Pixxures Inc., a provider of aerial mapping and other GIS products, announced Wednesday that it has hired Kumar Navulur as vice president of business development. The Arvada, Colo.-based company said Navulur will focus on developing new products and content for various markets. Pixxures described Navulur as a 20-year veteran of the remote sensing and business development fields who started his career as principal engineer and director of technology development at Resource21 LLC. He then joined DigitalGlobe as senior manager and product architect before moving on to Spectrum to become its chief technology officer. Most recently, Navulur served as a senior consultant with NewFields LLC.
