PatchLink to Acquire SecureWave SA

PatchLink Corp., a developer of enterprise security software, announced Monday that it has agreed to acquire SecureWave SA, a provider of endpoint security software. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, PatchLink said the transaction is an all-stock merger and is expected to close in the coming weeks. As part of the agreement, Mangrove Capital Partners, SecureWave's primary shareholder, will receive a seat on PatchLink's board of directors, PatchLink said. Founded in 1991, PatchLink is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz. This is PatchLink's second acquisition of 2007—the company purchased Harris STAT in February.
