Overstock.com Selects RightNow

Salt Lake City, Utah-based Overstock.com has selected Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow for its customer contact centers. RightNow said today that Overstock.com will use its on demand services for its internal contact center, its domestic and overseas outsourcers, and its web and voice self-service systems. Overstock is a provider of discounted merchandise over the Internet. RightNow is a provider of hosted customer relationship management (CRM) tools, used for customer support.
