OtterBox Sees Opening In Education

Hand enough kids a tablet in the classroom, and what's the inevitable result? Broken tablets. To that end, Fort Collins, Colorado-based smart phone case maker OtterBox, which is also well known for their indestructible equipment cases, has rolled out a brand new product--specifically aimed at those classrooms. OtterBox said Tuesday that it has launched a new product called the UnlimitEd, which protects the Apple iPad Air, which is widely being used in schools for K-12 education. OtterBox said its new device protects against "drops, dings, and everyday wear and tear". Pricing on the new product was not announced. Dealing with broken iPads have been one of the issues faced in the rollout of iPads across the country.
