Omniture Ties Into Research Provider
Orem, Utah-based Omniture, a provider of web analytics software, said Wednesday that it has integrated its products with iPerceptions, a provider of online customer satisfaction research. The two firms said that they will tie information from surveys from iPerceptions together with Omniture's web analytics, allowing marketers to make real-time adjustments to their online site content, design, and precesses. iPerceptions' clients include InterContinental Hotels, General Motors, Dell Computers, Hyundai, CompUSA, BMW, and others.
