Omniture Expands Executive Team

Orem Utah-based Omniture has added a new executive to its executive team, the firm said today. Omniture said that it has appointed Patrick Kelliher as VP of Finance, reporting to its CFO, Mike Herring. Kelliher will be responsible for all of the company's worldwide financial accounting policies, procedures, and reporting. Kelliher was most recently at Cadence Design Systems, and has also served at Abbott Laboratories, 3Com, and Inari. Omniture provides web analytics software, used by companies to analyze their web site traffic and optimize their e-commerce systems, and is rumored to be eyeing an IPO in the near future. The venture-backed firm is funded by Attractor, BA Venture Partners, and Hummer Winblad Venture Partners.
