Micro Analysis & Design Acquired

Boulder-based Micro Analysis & Design, a provider of engineering, modeling and simulation, and software development, has been acquired. According to Alion Science and Technology, a Virginia-based firm, Micro Analysis & Design was acquired on Friday. terms were not disclosed. MA&D provides services to the US Army, Navy, hospital and industrial customers. The two companies said that the combination would allow them to offer even more complete solutions for their customers.
