Medicity Wins Michigan Customer

Salt Lake City-based Medicity, a provider of health information exchange software, said this week that it has signed a Michigan group to use its technology infrastructure. Medicity said that Michigan Health Connect (MHC), whose members include seven independent health systems with 34 hospitals in Michigan, will implement its full health information exchange suite. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Medicity is headed by Kipp Lassetter.
