MediConnect Takes On Scheduling

Salt Lake City-based MediConnect Global, the developer of cloud-based medical records retrieval software headed by Amy Rees Anderson, said today that it has launched a new scheduling service, which will help its clients track and schedule on-site medical record retrievals and reviews. The firm said the new RapidRequest product will help make the process of medical record retrieval more efficient. The new software handles setting up calendar appointments, providing mileage tracking and logging, and also handling staff assignments and workflow. Medical record reviews are used by health insurers to check on physician records.
