McDATA Gets Win At PETCO

Broomfield, Colorado-based McDATA, a provider of storage area networking switches and equipment, has scored a new win for its products at PETCO Animal Supplies. McData announced today that PETCO is using its 6140 Directors and 4500 Fabric Switches for a consolidation of its retail systems. McData said that sales data from PETCO's 800 stores is being analyzed across a high-availability Mcdata storage network. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
