MapQuest Expands In The Netherlands, Switzerland

Denver-based MapQuest, the online mapping site of AOL, said today that it has opened up two new sites, covering the Netherlands and Switzerland. MapQuest said the two new sites are based on the OpenStreetMap (OSM) database. MapQuest said the new mapping sites are build on the open tools it has made available on its MapQuest Developer Network. The two new sites bring the company's total to 10, OpenStreetMap based websites.
