LANDesk Unveils Virtualization Software

IT service management software developer LANDesk Software Ltd. revealed Wednesday that it has released the LANDesk Application Virtualization, a software packaging and distribution application that has been integrated with the LANDesk Management Suite. LANDesk said this combination of its software grants IT organizations comparable control over virtual applications as they've enjoyed over conventional applications. LANDesk added that the new release is available immediately for the suggested retail price of $39 per node—less if purchased in larger volumes.
