Informatix Laboratories Acquired By Florida Firm

Salt Lake City-based Informatix Laboratories Corporation, a developer of revenue cycle management software for healthcare centers, has been acquired by a Florida firm. According to Florida-based Document Storage Systems, it has acquired ILC, whose software is used by Native American Tribal and Urban Health Centers, including patient billing and accounts receivable support. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
