Infopia Raises Third Round Of Funding

Salt Lake City-based Infopia, a provider of e-commerce tools, said Thursday afternoon that it has raised $12M in a Series C financing round. The round was led by UV Partners, and also included prior investors Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Trident Capital, and TransPacific Capital Partners. Infopia said the new round of funding will go towards working capiatl, including for pursuing strategic acquisitions. Blake Modersitzki of UV Partners joins the company's board along with the funding. More information »
