Infopia Raises $8M
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Infopia has raised $8M in a venture capital round from Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Trident Capital. Transpacific Capital Partners and BC Select Fund also participated in the round. The provider of multi-channel e-commerce software said today that the funding brings its total amount of funding raised to $15M. As part of the funding, Mark Gorenberg of Hummer Winblad and John Moragne of Trident will join the company's board of directors. Infopia develops a e-commerce software platform that integrates with online e-commerce portals from eBay, Amazon, Google, Overstock, Shopzilla, and others, making it easy for their customers to manage their products in those marketplaces.
