Impact Telecom Completes Citessentials Buy

Denver-based Impact Telecom, aprovider of Voice and data telecommunications services, said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Citessentials, a provider of SMS services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The two had announced the acquisition in February. Citessentials provides SMS termination services.
