Ice Energy Names General Counsel

Windsor, Colorado-based Ice Energy, which is developing energy storage solutions for the electric utility industry, reported today that it has named Mike Hopkins as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Hopkins previously served as a Partner in Canadian law firm Bennett Jones LLP, and co-founded GIS firm Terra Image USA, among other positions. Ice Energy is venture backed by Energy Capital Partners, Goldman Sachs, Good Energies, SAIL Venture Partners, and Second Avenue.
