ID Watchdog Acquired By Equifax For $63.3M

Denver-based ID Watchdog, a provider of identity theft protection services, said on Friday that it is being acquired by Equifax, in a deal worth $63.335M in cash. ID Watchdog was publicly traded OTCBB as IDWAF, and also on the TSX as IDW. ID Watchdog was led by Michael Greene.
