Gnip In Exclusive With Klout

Social data provier Gnip has inked a deal to become the exclusive provider of data from social scoring firm Klout, the firm said Thursday. According to Boulder-based Gnip, it is now the exclusive provider of Klout Topics to the social data ecosystem, letting enterprise users license and use information from Klout. Klout provides scoring and identification of key social influencers, based on their Twitter, Facebook, and other social presence and followers. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
