GPS Source Expands In Colorado

Pueblo, Colorado-based GPS Source, a developer of equipment used for retransmission of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals, said today that it is expanding, and will be opening up a new, 5,000 square foot manufacturing facility next door to its existing facility. The company said the move will go to accommodate increased production demands. GPS Source is led by Robert Horton, and develops equipment for both the military and commercial sectors. The company said its equipment is used to provide access to GNSS data inside environments such as the cargo compartments of C-17 aircraft, aircraft maintenance hangers, train tunnels, and elsewhere. GNSS is a generic term which encompasses such satellite navigation signals as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and the Beidou navigation systems.
