Fusion-io Sets IPO Pricing Range
Salt Lake City-based Fusion-io, the developer of high speed, flash-based memory storage, has set details of its IPO, saying today that it will be offering up 12,300,000 shares of its common stock on the NYSE as FIO. The firm also set its pricing range, saying it expects its IPO price to be between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. Fusion-io had filed for an IPO in March. The firm is venture backed by Accel Partners, Andreessen Horowitz Fund, Dell Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, Meritech Capital, New Enterprise Associates, Samsung, Sumitomo, and Triangle Peak Partners.
