Footnote.com Debuts Great Depression Collection

Lindon, Utah-based Footnote.com, a subscription service offering searchable historical documents, reported Thursday that it has unveiled its Great Depression Collection. The firm said the collection includes millions of digitized and indexed documents, including old newspaper clippings and U.S. Census reports. Visitors, Footnote.com explained, can read articles describing Roosevelt's New Deal or see advertisements depicting how much less groceries cost during the Depression. Utah, Footnote.com allows its users to search digitized historical documents and create related timelines, photo galleries, maps and memorials.
