FatPipe Networks Expands In Europe

Salt Lake City-bvased FatPipe Networks, a firm which hold patents in the area of wide area networking (WAN), said today that it has opened up three new European offices. The firm said it has opened up offices in Paris, Munich, and London. FatPipe was the developer of WAN optimization hardware, and is venture backed by Draper & Associates, vSpring, Wasatch Ventures, and UTFC; it appears the firm has recently changed its focus from product development and hardware sales to IP licensing and patents.
