EffectiveUI Acquired By WPP

Denver-based EffectiveUI, a provider of user experience design and web, mobile, and application development services, has been acquired by ad agency giant WPP. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. EffectiveUI was headed by Rebecca Flavin, and was founded in 2005.
