DigitalGlobe Names McHale, Jensen to Board

DigitalGlobe, a provider of high-resolution satellite imagery products and services, reported Tuesday that it has appointed Judith McHale and Warren Jensen to its board of directors, effective immediately. The Longmont, Colo.-based business said McHale most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Discovery Communications Inc., the parent company of cable television's Discovery Channel. DigitalGlobe noted that she currently serves on the boards for Polo/Ralph Lauren and Host Hotels and Resorts. Jensen, DigitalGlobe said, most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial and administrative officer for video game publisher Electronic Arts. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Amazon.com. He also has held C-level positions with Delta Air Lines and General Electric Inc., DigitalGlobe said.
