DigiCert Names CFO

Lehi, Utah-based DigiCert, which provides SSL certificates, has named a new Chief Financial Officer, according to the firm. The company--which was recently acquired by private equity investor Thoma Bravo--said it has named Michael Olson to the CFO position. Olson was most recently CFO at WorkFront (AtTask), and also served at inthinc and Arthur Anderson. DigiCert's SSL certificates are used on web servers as well as for enterprise software and security. The company was acquired by Thoma Bravo in October.
