DISH Network, ATT, and WPP Buy INVIDI Technologies For Ad Targeting Tools
Englewood, Colorado-based DISH Network, along with AT&T and advertising giant WPP, said Monday afternoon that the three are in a deal to acquire advertising technology developer INVIDI. Financial details of the joint acquisition were not announced. AT&T will hold the controlling interest in INVIDI, which develops software to let advertisers target specific audiences on TV and other platforms. Both AT&T and DISH are currently using Invidi's advertising platform to let its advertisers very specifically target households by demographic or psychographic attributes. INVIDI already has an office in Denver.
